Usage

Parameters
- {{{1}}}: The coordinate string to format
- format: Output format - one of float, dd (decimal degrees), dm (decimal minutes) or dms (degrees minutes seconds)
- directional: Whether to show direction indicators (N/S/E/W) - default is yes
